The Project

Project Overview

This North Hollywood kitchen was opened up around one generous quartz island with breakfast-bar seating, so cooking, homework, and hanging out all happen in the same sunny space. Soft gray shaker cabinets run to the ceiling for real storage, while a whitewashed brick-look backsplash and glass globe pendants keep things warm instead of sterile. A gas cooktop, stainless vent hood, and built-in double ovens handle the heavy lifting, and wood-look tile plank floors tie the kitchen and dining area into one continuous, easy-to-clean surface.
