Who We Are
Athenian Builders Group is a licensed design-build general contractor based in Los Angeles, serving homeowners across LA County. We handle kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, flooring, and ADU construction. Design, permits, and the build itself all run through one team, with our own crews doing the work.
Founded by Spyros Nicholas, a construction professional with years of hands-on work in Los Angeles homes, the company runs on one rule: show up when you say you will, explain what’s happening, and deliver exactly what was promised.
From a full kitchen remodel in Pasadena to a garage conversion in Sherman Oaks, the crew, the standard, and the schedule discipline stay the same. No shortcuts. No surprises. No excuses.

A detailed, itemized estimate before any work begins. The number we quote is the number you pay. No hidden fees, no last-minute additions.
We handle permit applications and city submissions in-house. Permit requirements and the latest ADU rules are our job, not yours.
Our crews do the carpentry, tile, flooring, and structural work themselves, across kitchens, baths, and ADUs. Everyone on site is vetted and held to our standard.
You always know the status of your job, what happens next, and who to call, one person, start to finish.
Every project carries a written 2-year workmanship warranty. If our workmanship fails, we come back and make it right. It’s in your contract, not a handshake.
Accountability
We’re a licensed California General Contractor, authorized for residential remodeling and ADU construction across all of LA County. Full liability insurance and workers’ comp cover every single project.
